What we collect, and what we do not.
This page covers the forms on this site and the Monday list. The team can be reached at the address below.
The free-list form asks for a work email, company, trade, and the California counties you cover. The contact form asks for a name, email, an optional company, and a message. The unsubscribe form asks for an email. We use that information to send the list, reply, and run the subscription.
We do not sell the information you type into those forms. We do not take payment card numbers on this site. Subscription checkout, when you use it, is handled by Stripe on Stripe's pages.
The jobsite rows in the Monday list are compiled from public construction filings. That material is already on the public record. We organize it and label what we copied and what we classified.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes ordinary request logs. Form submissions are sent to the form service configured for this site (Formspree, unless that endpoint is changed). That service stores the submission and emails it to the team. We keep them so we can send the list and support the account. Email hello@sitestartleads.com if you want a form submission deleted.
You can leave the Monday email from the unsubscribe page. That stops the list. It does not by itself cancel a paid subscription. Email the team to stop billing.
