The agreement for the site and the list.

SiteStart Leads compiles public California construction filings into a Monday list for jobsite-service vendors. We are not the State Water Resources Control Board and we are not a regulator. Buying the list does not create permit coverage for anyone.

The free list is one county for the current week, with a short set of columns. It is a sample send, not a subscription and not a free trial. The paid plan is $149 per month, per customer, for the California counties named on the account. It is billed through a Stripe Payment Link, month to month, with no annual contract.

Cancel any time by emailing hello@sitestartleads.com. The team will stop the next renewal. Email sent before you cancel is not refunded. Leaving the mailing list on the unsubscribe page stops the email. It does not, by itself, close the Stripe subscription.

The list depends on public filings. Those filings can be late, incomplete, or list a contact who does not buy your service. A field marked From the filing was copied from the notice. A field marked Found by us is our classification, such as contact type, or a flag we add. We do not promise that a planned start date is the day work actually begins, or that a phone number will be answered.

Use contact details to offer jobsite services. Do not use them for unlawful spam or to pretend you are the agency that received the filing.

The site and the list are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the claim arose. Some states do not allow certain limits, and in those cases the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep a paid plan after the new version is posted, the new version applies to the next renewal. Questions go to the team at the address below.
